By accessing or using Uppity Monitor ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

You may use the Service only if you are 13 years or older and legally authorized to form a binding contract. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

• Free and paid subscription plans are available.
• Paid plans renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.
• Additional checks can be added to paid plans for an additional monthly fee.
• We may adjust plan features or pricing with prior notice.

We aim to provide a reliable monitoring service, but we cannot guarantee continuous uptime or real-time alert delivery. External providers (e.g., email/SMS gateways) may introduce delays or failures.

You are responsible for configuring your alerts correctly. We make a best-effort attempt to deliver alerts promptly, but cannot guarantee timeliness or delivery to all channels.

We respect your data. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details on how we collect, use, and protect your information.

All rights to Uppity Monitor’s branding, code, and design are owned by us. You retain ownership of any data or content you submit to the platform.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion, especially in cases of misuse, abuse, or violation of these terms. Upon termination, your access will end and your data may be deleted.

The Service is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. We make no warranties or representations regarding reliability, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Uppity Monitor and its affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or your violation of these terms.

We may modify these Terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will provide notice via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
